PAM Specialty Hospital of Victoria North is a Joint Commission Accredited, 26-bed, Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH). We offer personalized clinical and medical services to those patients who require extended observation and monitoring for complex medical issues.
PAM Specialty Hospital of Victoria North is driven to obtain the best possible outcome for our patients. We use an individual care planning process with specific goals to meet the needs of our various patients.
Accelerated Care Program
The Accelerated Care Program is recommended for patients that need continued daily medical oversight and intervention in an Acute Care Hospital setting with an expected length of stay of three to seven days.
Long-term acute care (LTACH)
A long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) is recommended for those who require complex medical management, therapeutic care and rehabilitation services -- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with daily assessment of the patient by a physician.
Persons requiring long-term acute care are generally:
