Dr. Miguel Sierra Hoffman primarily located in Victoria and has 27 year of experience. His specialties include Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease and Infectious Disease. Dr. Gregory C. Gerber

Dr. Gregory Gerber has been a leader in all levels of rehabilitation medicine from the mid 1980's to the present at our PAM Rehabilitation Hospital in Victoria Texas. He has practiced ranging from El Campo, South West Houston, Spring Branch, SugarLand,Pasadena,Channel-View and Baytown, his primary hub was Memorial Herman Southwest, as inpatient rehabilitation medical director for over 20 years. He served as member of the Internal Medicine Department committee for a decade and was elected chief for a full term. He was an undergraduate from Yale University, New Haven, Connecticut with a B.A. Psychology in 1975. He graduated from Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston, South Carolina with a Medical Doctorate in 1983. He did his Flexible/Transitional Internship along with his resident, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston,Tx. Dr. Gerber, who has served as either president or chief of staff during the opening of eight hospitals and was instrumental in the development of rehab programs for dozens of skilled nursing facilities. He has been a great asset to our PAM Rehabilitation Hospital of Victoria.

"Dr. Pranay Kathuria is the Director of the Division of Nephrology and Hypertension at the University of Oklahoma, School of Community Medicine. He holds the academic rank of Professor of Medicine and is also the Program Director of the Nephrology Fellowship Program.

Dr Kathuria is an accomplished physician with special expertise in hypertension, chronic kidney disease, acute kidney injury and renal dialysis. He is highly respected as a published author, clinical educator and public speaker. He has been honored with various awards and distinctions throughout his career. He has been recognized by his peers and named multiple times in Best Doctors and Top Doctors of America. He has received many teaching awards including the Crimson Apple for Teaching Excellence and the Outstanding Clinical Faculty award for Sub Specialist. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, Fellow of the American Society of Nephrology, and Fellow of the National Kidney Foundation.

He completed his medical degree from Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi University in India.
